Draft updated: 26 September 2026. This notice is being prepared for the new NZ Audit website. Hosting, retention periods and the arrangements for receiving enquiries and applications must be confirmed before publication.
1. Who is responsible
NZ Audit Limited is responsible for the personal information it receives through its website and business contact channels.
Address: 1, Agias Zonis & Thessalonikis, Nicolaou Pentadromos Centre, Block A, Office 607, 3025 Limassol, Cyprus.
Email: [email protected]
Telephone: +357 25 343 421
2. Browsing this website
The current website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, tracking pixels or browser storage. Images are served with the website and fonts are supplied by your device. There are no embedded third-party videos, maps or social media widgets. See our Cookie Policy.
Delivering a website involves technical information such as an IP address and the requested page. The production hosting provider, security logging and any retention of technical records must be confirmed before launch.
3. Contacting us
If you contact NZ Audit by email or telephone, you provide the contact details and information contained in your enquiry. These are needed to understand and respond to your request. Please avoid sending sensitive information or confidential client records unless a suitable channel has been agreed.
When you use the contact form, NZ Audit saves your name, email address and message in its website CMS and sends a notification to [email protected] so the team can respond. Your email address is used as the reply address. Please do not include confidential client records in your message.
4. Job applications
The application form is designed to request your name, email address, application message and a PDF CV, together with the position you are applying for. Its intended purpose is to assess your application and communicate with you about that position.
Application submission is currently disabled. Selecting a CV in this preview does not upload it, and the website application does not read or store its contents. Please do not include identity documents, health information or other unnecessary sensitive details in an application.
Before applications can be submitted, NZ Audit must confirm who receives them, the assessment process, the applicable legal basis and the period for keeping unsuccessful applications. Any separate use for future vacancies must also be explained before it takes place.
5. Legal grounds for processing
The recruitment arrangements must be confirmed before applications are enabled. The proposed basis for responding to general business enquiries is a legitimate interest in handling correspondence; requests to take steps towards a contract may instead fall under pre-contractual processing. Recruitment arrangements and any applicable legal obligations require separate confirmation.
Visiting this website or reading this notice does not constitute consent to unrelated processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing that took place before withdrawal.
6. Access, providers and international transfers
The people authorised to handle enquiries and recruitment, and the providers used for hosting, email, backups and secure file handling, must be confirmed before launch. This includes whether personal information is processed outside the European Economic Area and, if so, the safeguards and how to obtain information about them.
7. Keeping your information
Retention periods or clear retention criteria must be agreed for enquiries, applications, technical logs and backups before collection through the new website begins. The final notice must explain these arrangements, including any legal requirements to retain records. No fixed retention period is asserted in this draft.
8. External links
Links such as the office location link open an external website. Google Maps is not loaded simply by viewing our contact page. If you follow an external link, the destination provider's own privacy policy applies to its processing.
9. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability. You may also have a right to object, including to processing based on legitimate interests.
To make a request, contact [email protected]. Identity verification may be needed to protect your information. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.
You may complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority, including in the EU country where you live or work.
10. Changes to this notice
The recruitment sections of this notice remain under review while online applications are disabled. Changes to the services or data handling will be reflected in this notice.
